If you purchase the Standard Gift Package, the deed comes sealed in a gift pack WITHOUT a name printed on it. This allows the recipient to fill in their own name or the name of another if you were giving the property as a gift or otherwise. Once the new Lunar land owner has their name inserted onto the deed, they must then complete the prepaid postage Lunar Land Registration Card that accompanies the Lunar Deed and drop it in the mail. This will ensure the allocated acre in the gift package, is legally registered in the name of the person on the Lunar deed.
