1. Can I place my order by phone?
Currently we only accepting orders via the web. If for some reason you
cannot place an order via our web site, please send us an email and we
do our best to scedule a time to take your order over the phone. Click

2. Do you accept International orders?
We do not accept International orders but we can help you get
your order fulfilled. If would like to place an order from outside
the United States, please contact us and we will assist you fulfilling
your order. In your email to us, please include your name and
the country you are ordering from or to. Upon receiving your email,
the proper Lunar Embassy representative will contact you within

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order courtesy of US Mail. Most orders are
processed the same day depending on the time of day purchased.
Shipping options are as follows: Standard Mail (4-8 days), Priority
Mail (approx. 2-3 days) and Express (1 day shipping).
If you have failed to claim your package and it
is returned to us, we will immediately reship your item using
the same shipping services initially requested. Your credit card
will be billed the appropriate amount. You will receive another
tracking email that will notify you the product is again en route.
If the package goes unclaimed a second time, the
original product amount, minus the shipping charges, will be refunded
to your credit card and we will not ship again until further notice
from you.

4. What are your Return Policies?
LunarLandOwner.com has an unconditional 30 day money
back guarantee. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase,
please return the entire purchase to the address below within 30 days and we
will be happy to refund your money for the product only. We can
not refund the shipping costs incurred for your original shipment.
When shipping the product back to us, you must use signature confirmation tracking plus insurance in case the package is damaged upon it's return. We are not obligated to honor and refund your return if you cannot prove it was returned or if the package is damaged upon return and you did not purchase insurance for the return delivery. Included with your return must be the original
invoice/receipt, or copy of the invoice/receipt, from LunarLandOwner.com
or the original invoice/ receipt of purchase from one of our affiliates.
Without proof of purchase, we cannot be certain that the Lunar
land was sold to you by us or one of our affiliates and we will
not be able to honor your return.
If the product (frame) arrives damaged from shipping,
ship ONLY the damaged item back to us carefully packed, preferably
in the original carton, and send it prepaid with Signature Confirmation
to the address below.
Include a letter detailing the complaint along with a copy of
your original invoice, daytime telephone number and all relevant
contact information placed inside the shipping carton. We will
immediately ship you a replacement at no extra charge.

5. How can I check on my order and receive
my tracking information?
Only Express Packages can be tracked even though all
of our packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation. If you
ordered Express Shipping, you can request a tracking number from
shipping@lunarlandowner.com.
Be sure to include your order number in your email
If you have not received your order after 14 business
days, please send an email to shipping@lunarlandowner.com
and we will investigate your order.

6. Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes you can. Please send us a money order or your check
and after the funds clear, we will immediately process your order.
Please be aware that your order will be processed from the date
your funds clear therefore extending the time before you receive
your Lunar property.
